RULES & REGULATIONS



General:

  • Rent and any other payments including utilities/ fees are due immediately.

  • Rent is due no later than the 5th day of each month. You will be charged a $25.00 late fee if rent is past due. NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS will be accepted.

  • Returned checks – A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Cash, cashier’s check or money order will be immediately required and personal check will not be accepted for any further payments. 

  • Only (2) covered trash cans per space. Not at anytime are garbage bags allowed outside of the RV. Trash attracts rodents, insects, ect. 

  • Your site must be kept litter free, including cigarette butts. 

  • Do not let items accumulate under or around your unit. 

  • NO SMOKING in park building or restrooms. 

  • No campfires allowed, grills are permissible. 

  • No clotheslines; freezers/refrigerators; fencing; barriers or pallets; dog kennels, pins or dog runs are allowed. 

  • Generators are prohibited from being used in the park. 

  • We do not allow tent camping in the park or sleeping outside on the lawns. 

  • No tarps allowed on premises. 

  • The park speed limit is 5 MPH. 

Vehicle Rules:

  • You may park in designated areas only. If additional parking space is required, arrangements should be made through the office, this will be an additional fee.  You cannot park on lawns, in other sites or in the travel ways through the park. 

  • All Vehicles on your site must be registered with the office.

  • Extra vehicles/ boat trailers must be parked in the overflow parking area. Roads in the park must not be blocked. 2 vehicles max per site. All vehicles must be in running order.

  • No vehicle, boat or RV repairs can be made on these premises. 

  • No motorized scooters, ATVs or four wheelers allowed in park unless used by a physically disabled person.

  • All RVs cannot be older than 10 years of age, unless approved by management. 

  • DO NOT wash RV’s or vehicles on these premises.

  • No utility trailers allowed to be parked on your site.

Pets

  • All pets (Dogs & Cats) must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES.

  • Wildlife/farm animals are not allowed.

  • Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. Pets cannot be left outside tied up or unattended. Pets cannot be taken into any of parks buildings or bathrooms. Any damage or pet waste left in the park will be charged to your site ledger. 

  • Pick up your pets waste IMMEDIATELY and dispose of it properly. This includes around your site and anywhere within the park property. This is a health issue for everyone and if you do not comply you will be asked to vacate from the park. 

  • Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed/behavior.

  • Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. Noisy pets will not be tolerated.

  • Pets may not be left outside unattended. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • DO NOT feed wildlife. DO NOT leave food out for any animals or a violation will be assessed.

Children & Visitor rules:

  • All visitors staying overnight must check in at office. Visitors must comply with all Park rules & regulations.

  • Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas

Behavior and Nuisance: 

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, please be considerate of your neighbors. 

  • Car radios are not to be played loudly while entering, staying or leaving the park. 

  • Excessive noise/nuisances created by guests/visitors will not be tolerated. An after hour disturbance fee will be assessed for any calls received. 

  • If we have to call the authorities at any time for a disturbance at your site you will be required to leave with no refund.

Damage to Park property, including but not limited to: restrooms; utilities; landscaping; vehicles; street lights or signage is strictly prohibited.  Guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damages.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Highway 29 RV Park assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, injury, accidents or losses from any cause.  Highway 29 RV Park is not responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by other guests/visitors.  Highway 29 RV Park is not responsible for any personal property.  Highway 29 RV Park reserves the right to limit the stay and number of persons per site.  Willful violation of these rules will result in termination of tenancy and barring from the property.  Rules & Regulations; and rates may be changed at any time without prior notice.  Please report any problems to Park management immediately.  Please notify Park management of any incident or accidents as soon as possible.  For emergencies dial “911”.
