Water, sewer & trash are included in the rental rate. 

Electricity is billed monthly.

Deposit is 1 month’s rent.

Each space has parking for 2 cars. 

RV occupants include 2 Adults + Children.

Restrooms and showers available to park residents only. 

Coin operated washer & dryers available in main office.
